Vivaldi Webmail is a free and private email service we offer only to our active community members to cover their personal emailing needs. You can access it via the web interface, or you can add the account to a mail client/app of your choice.
Unfortunately, Vivaldi Webmail is constantly tested by malevolent people like spammers, scammers, phishers and others with malicious intentions. The spammers are very cunning and often find ways to slip past the restrictions we have set up to limit spam. It has been a constant battle of trying to one-up the other. To combat this, we’ve introduced a reputation system.
When you try logging in to Vivaldi Webmail and get the error “Access Denied” or “Your account doesn’t have permission to access mail service”, it means that you don’t have enough reputation to use Vivaldi Webmail.

To start using your webmail account, you first need to be an active community member and build up some reputation by using the following services:
